We have full-hookup RV spaces, park models for sale and vacation rentals. Our private boat launch ramp ensures minimal waiting, large docks and beaches means you can bring the big toys. For excellent on-site dining, try the Boat House Grill.
In the winter, Islander Resort is a warm nest of sunshine, activities, special events, and good times for Snowbirds from all over the US and Canada. Many long-lasting friendships begin and flourish here.

Boat House Grill is the island’s “hidden” gem for awesome food and great drinks. Enjoy a latte, fresh baked sweets or a signature Acai Bowl from our front door barista bar. Visit the cocktail lounge for a signature drink or generous appetizer. Lunch and dinner menus feature stand-by favorites as well as chef’s specials, all made to order with fresh, quality ingredients. We go the extra mile at the Boat House Grill to celebrate every day like a special occasion, and we treat our customer like our friends. It’s a Havasu tradition.
Island Storage & Marine features premier storage garages in a wide variety of sizes ranging from 700 to 3,000 square feet. Electric doors and wide aisles make for easy access. All units have lighting and electric outlets with outside hose bibs for washing down your gear. From personal watercraft to large, go-fast powerboats or RVs, we have room.
